Welcome to My Yoga Space
Namaste, my name is Nichollette, but some know me as Manjusha. Others as Nic and a rare few as Nikki. I know...a lot of options to choose from-maybe I'll write a blog post one day of how these names came about, but for now you can just call me Nichollette or Manjusha ;-) I'm just a girl looking to improve my life and soul through Patanjali's 8 limbs of yoga. I've been looking at a variety of yoga schools, Hatha, Vinyasa, Anusara, etc. and so far only two have sparked my interestone has truly touching me, resonating deeply with my overall spiritual and life goals...Ashtanga and Purnam. Before, I am a yogi - cause let's be honest I'm NO where near that yet, I am on a spiritual journey of sorts. But I know in order to truly walk the path of peace and self-realization, I must start with my body and make that body-mind-soul connection that ancient and modern day spiritual guides and masters have always advocated. This virtual space on the Internet is my feeble attempt at sharing that with the world and myself. I love yoga and I love all the benefits, physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and spiritually that it brings. I'm on a yoga high and I'm going to ride it out and I hope you will come along with me. Thanks for stopping by. I hope to see you again :-)
